3.3.2017 CrossFit OPEN 17.2


Today we complete the second of the 2017 CrossFit OPEN workouts.  If you have time prior to coming in today you might take a look at the CrossFit.com webpage and watch the video Nicole Carroll puts out about tips and strategy concerning 17.2.

When you come into the box today place your name on the whiteboard in the front room in the time slot that you want to complete the workout.  Fill out a score sheet, (they are in the box on the floor under the whiteboard), and bring it with you when your time comes to do your workout.

Warm-up, (15min): Time your warm-up so that you finish inside of 5 minutes from the start of your flight for 17.2 You should not start the workout with a resting heart rate. Make sure your warm-up includes the movements included in the workout.
