We will be watching the announcement at 6:00 pm Thursday’s
and then some of us will be doing the workout right after.
Come in and watch or take part if you want.
This week is the start to the 2017 CrossFit Open.
To accommodate everyone’s needs we will follow this schedule for the next 5 Weeks.
Thursday – Normal classes. Then at 6 pm we will watch the workout announcement. 6:15 pm class is normal.
Friday – 6 and 7 am Open Workouts. Then at, 4:00 pm, Doors open for warm-up and OPEN workouts.
This is FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS!!!! We will go until everyone is finished.
Saturday – 8 to 9:30 am Open Gym. You can do an OPEN workout during this time.
Sunday – 2 pm, Open workouts till we are finished
Monday – 5:45 am, 7:00 am, 4:30 pm last chance OPEN workouts. 5:15 and 6:15 pm classes are normal.
Tuesday – Normal classes
Wednesday – Normal classes
The CEC is in it’s last week. That means next Monday, (2/27), we will be doing Body Fat assessments and the final weigh-out. Tuesday , next week, (2/28), we will do the CEC 17.1 workout and turn in week 6 score sheet. If you are participating in the CEC please try and be here on those two days. We could have a big shift in the standings after these results are tabulated, so hang in there and finish strong.
