2.20.2017 SINISTER


The CEC enters it’s last week starting today.  That means a week from today, (3/6), we will be doing Body Fat assessments and the final weigh-out. Tuesday that week, (3/7), we will do the CEC 17.1 workout, (this is slight change from the original schedule), and turn in week 6 score sheet.  If you are participating in the  CEC please try and be here on those two days. We could have a big shift in the standings after these results are tabulated, so hang in there and finish strong.

Warm-up, (15min): Jog 3 Min. then 1/2 Tabata of Air Squat, GPU, Lunges. Dynamic Stretch

Strength, (15 min.): Curtis P
2 Reps EMOM for 10 Min.
