Clean Eaters, we are 1/2 way through the challenge. It is now that you need to really buckle down and forge ahead. Results are starting to show up, especially if you are sticking with your program. It is during the 2nd 1/2 of the CEC that you will see noticeable results. I have definitely noticed changes in many of you. Hang in there you are past the 21 day mark which is key when it comes to creating a new habit. We hope that the new habit is eating clean. Please keep going so that you can amaze yourself.
