Attention Clean Eaters…..the commissioner is making a slight change to the CEC Requirements. Starting tomorrow/week 3, the requirement for water consumption is being reduced to 1 fluid oz. of water equal to 1/3 of your body weight. This is a change from using 1/2 of your body weight. You are obviously welcome to drink as much water as you like but you are required to drink less. Don’t forget to turn in your score sheet/food journal by the end of the day Tuesday. Goals need to be on the garage door as well. Please only pick up 1 new score sheet for WEEK 3. Printer ink is expensive so I only print out 1 sheet per CEC participant.
