Open Gym is a great time for you to work on a goal you have set for yourself.
Coaches are here to help you, please make sure you ask them to coach you.
Clean Eaters, remember that your Week 1 score sheet/food journals are due by Tuesday at the end of the day. There is a box to drop your sheet into and a box containing Week 2 . Stay focused on your objective. It may be a battle through the weekend, you can do it. If you slip up a little get back on track but you must……………!
