Three Partners complete the following Rep Scheme through the course of a 30 Min. AMRAP.
20 Romanian Deadlift 155/115
20 Hang Cleans 135/95
20 Push Press 95/75
20 Hang Snatch 75/55
Once the bar is lifted off the ground at 3,2,1…GO, it cannot touch the ground again until time runs out, (30min.). This includes weight changes. If the bar is dropped, the team must complete 1 20m sled pull before they can continue.
