Clean Eating Challenge, (CEC),  kicks off next week.  Short WOD on Monday followed by an educational seminar.  Tami will be explaining how the CEC will work this time around.  Tuesday we will do the CEC Workout and asses body composition. If you have not been part of a CEC you have missed out on the key to fitness.  As we say, you need to get “both oars in the water”.

 

Warm-up, (15min):  3 Rounds of 10 Each Partner Wallball, Side Toss, Sit-up. Dynamic Stretch

Strength, (15 min.):  GHD Hip Extension 4 x 10

20 Min. AMRAP
Teams of 3
P1 Row 500m.
P2 and P3 complete as many reps in the AMRAP
2 Rope Climbs 2/1
20 GHD Situps
8 HSPU
1 person working at a time.

Switch positions at every 500m mark.
2 Scores for this WOD; total rows and total reps.
