FYI:
There is a slight schedule change this week due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Only one class will be offered in Thursday, Thanksgiving day. That class will be at 9:00 am.
The workout is awesome!!!! If you are in town try and get in.
Friday’s schedule will have classes at 8:15 am, 4:30 and 5:30 pm.
There will not be a 6:00 or 7:00 am class on Friday.
