9.1.2016 HWY 40 THROWDOWN 16.2


Today we do the 2nd preliminary workout in the Highway 40 Throwdown series.  The initial workout on Monday was a lot of fun and the workout today should be even better.  If you are not in the actual throwdown we still want you to come in and get a great workout in.  Treat it as a partner WOD.

Warm-up (15 min.): Row 25 Calories, 100 Clicks, 15 Pushups, 15 Pullups, 20 Lunges. Dynamic Stretch

Strength (15 Min.): Warm-up your movements for the WOD.

FYI: Monday is Labor day and we will be closed all day to honor that holiday.
That means the 3rd HWY 40 Throwdown workout will take place on Tuesday the 6th.
Make sure that you and your teammate are together and ready to go.
Clean eaters you will have to be creative to get a workout in.
