Monday we will do the 1st workout in this years HWY 40 Throwdown.  The workouts are awesome and should be a lot of fun. You may even decide that you want to get in on the event, after all you are doing the workouts anyway.  If you are already entered contact your teammate and come in at the same time so you can get r done

Warm-up (15 min.): Coaches Choice Today.

Strength (15 Min.): Back Squat
20 Reps at 85% of 1RM.
This is the last day of our 6 week focus on Back Squat and the Posterior Chain.

If you have been consistent you should be able to get through these last 20 reps.
Metal toughness and concentration are a must!!!

Screw those feet into the floor before each rep, focus on keeping a strong lumbar curve and you will make it.
Do this off the rack.
Do not rack the bar until you have completed all 20 Reps.
If you need to rest you must continue holding the bar during the rest.
