Congratulations to Mark on a great effort this past Saturday at the Colorado CrossFit Open.
In the 6 workouts Mark finished 14th, 11th, 15th, 8th, 14th, and 8th out of 15 older and much bigger competitors. Tami and I were able to see 3 of the 6 workouts and Mark did an amazing job. Several people came to me and commented on how impressed they were with Mark. He truly did an amazing job in some very difficult workouts. Everyone at Stand Firm should learn from this young man who takes risks by stepping out there into the fire of competition. He is an inspiration.
