Get your CrossFit friend to do it with you, you will be glad you did.
- The workouts will be designed so that everybody can participate. Entry fee is 60.00 per team.
- We will do 4 workouts at home, (everybody in the box does these), then on Saturday the 17th of September we travel to Fraser to compete against fellow CrossFitters from Thin Air in Winter Park, Steamboat CrossFit and Legion CrossFit from Craig.
- If you need a teammate let Cal know so he can match you up with someone.
