Pick up your CrossFit Games Fantasy Game entry sheet today.  Start researching the Open Men, Open Women and Teams that are participating in the CrossFit Games starting next week.  Click here to see if the individual and team workouts have been posted yet.  Deadline for entry submissions is Monday July 18th at 7:00 pm.  The cost to get in is $5.

 

 

Warm-up (15 min.): 1/2 Tabata Air Squats, GPU, and Hollow Rocks. Dynamic Stretch

Strength (15 Min.): Back Squat
20 Reps at 85% of 1RM – 55lbs.
Do this off the rack.
Do not rack the bar until you have completed all 20 Reps.
If you have to rest you must continue holding the bar during the rest.

WOD: COME ON NOW 

RAFAP in 20 Minutes
We will travel up to the high school track, and see how far you can run, jog, and or walk in 20 minutes time.
Everyone can do this because you can run, jog, and or walk.

Icing:  Spend time on lower body mobility. Address your IT Band.
