WOD: HE AIN’T HEAVY HE’S MY BROTHER
For Time with a Partner: Carry each of these items a total of 800m. You can go in any order. On items that are carried individually one partner performs the exercise listed next to it while the other partner is carrying the object. Then they will switch. Keep track of your total reps. Each rep will represent 1 second that will be subtracted from your elapsed time for the WOD. Two of the movements require partners to work together to carry the object 800m.
