Tomorrow we will open the Box at 8:00 am., and then start “Murph” at 8:30.  Please show up by 8:15 so that we can get a clean start at 8:30. Preceding the WOD we will say a few words regarding why we are doing it.  The video below should help all of us understand why it is important to do “Murph“.  Please take a couple minutes to watch it.
