16.1 Are You Ready?
Tonight at 6:00 pm the 1st CrossFit Open workout will be revealed from NorCal CrossFit. If you can get to a computer and watch it you will love it. This year, besides having 2 of the top CrossFit athletes in the world do the workout within minutes of it being revealed, 2 teens, 2 masters, and 2 scaled division athletes will be part of the reveal.

Warm-up (15 min.): Jog 3 Min. Agility, Dynamic Stretch Sprints
Strength (10 min.): Clean and Jerk
5×6@30%
Work on a touch and go rhythm.
WOD: GOATS BE GONE
For 20 Min you will work on 2 of your GOATS, (2 things you suck at).
Odd Minutes -Goat 1
Even Minutes – Goat 2
Set up your own rep scheme for each goat during each min.
Example:
Odd min. T2B 5 Reps
Even min. 15 Double Unders.
