5 Reps EMOM for 10 Min.
L1: Start w/40% End w/70% of your 1RM
L2: Minus 10%
L3: WAW

WOD: ELIZABETH

For Time:
21-15-9 Reps
Clean 135/95
Ring Dips

Icing: Snuggle up to a foam roller or a lacrosse ball.
