Hurray…. the last weekend of the clean eating challenge.  Monday we need everyone to show up for the post challenge WOD.  When you come in bring your completed score sheet for September. and we will weigh you and do a quick body fat assessment.  All these factor into the equation which will determine the winners.

Next Saturday at 3 pm, Tami and I are inviting everyone to our house for a STAND FIRM CrossFit celebration. We want to celebrate an awesome 18 months of CrossFitting with a great group of people. and we will present awards to the winners of the Clean Eating Challenge. We will provide the meat and refreshments, (which may include adult beverages). If you would like to bring a dish of some kind that would be great.  Kids are welcome. They will probably get wet and muddy in the creek and scraped up climbing the hill so plan accordingly.

Come in,
warm-up,
do a WOD,
do some lifting,
work on skills,
spend time on mobility…..
