 Strength Doesn't come

Congratulations to Gina and Doug “the Janitor”, for winning the Clean Eating Challenge this month.  With 4 weeks to go we need to buckle down.  At the conclusion of this month we will name the overall winners based on points, wt. body composition and WOD results and before and after photos.  It is still a wide open competition. Remember to report your scores and weight every Monday before 8 pm.
