Ok gang, time to talk a little about snitzing, rep shaving, not holding yourself accountable etc. With the throwdown approaching it is time to tighten things up. We all need to do a better job at holding ourselves accountable. Notice I said ourselves. Question, have you ever no rep’d yourself? If you haven’t you are not being honest with yourself and everyone in the box. Everyone does incomplete reps, and you know it. So…. why don’t you no rep yourself? Here is why…You are too concerned with your score, and to concerned with the blasted whiteboard, (aren’t we suppose to leave ego at the door?). Get over it and do the right thing….NO REP YOURSELF!!!! You will be amazed at the result. You will improve your technique, you will get faster and you will feel a lot better about your workouts.
