10 Double Unders
10 OH Walking Lunges w/plate 45/25
10 Shoulder Touches
10 KB Swings 45/35
10 T2B
10 Box Jumps 24/20
10 Pull-ups
10 100m Sprints
After doing each new exercise you cycle back to the beginning for the list and work down to the next new exercise. Start off by doing 20 wallballs.
