Reminder to Clean Eating Challenge Participants….
You must submit your Monday morning body weight and your total points for last week by 8:00 pm today, (Monday).
You will be penalized for late or incomplete submission.

100 Double Unders 3/1
75 Air Squats
50 V-Sits
25 Strict Push-up Burpee
100 Double Unders 3/1
Scale by reducing reps by 10 on each exercise.

3×3 TGU if you have them.
