Today we do the Summer Clean Eating Challenge WOD.  This WOD establishes the benchmark for your fitness level going into the Challenge.  Please give it everything you have during the course of the workout.  Do not sandbag!!! You will be cheating yourself of the opportunity to see how amazing clean eating impacts your fitness. If you scale note it in your log book so that you do the exact same workout at the end of the Challenge.

Warm-up: Jog 3 Min. then 1/2 Tabata Partner Wallball, Side Toss, Situps. Dynamic Stretch

10 sec rest between each exercise.
