We are just about 6 months into 2015.  Many of you still need to write your 20015 fitness goals on the door. Please take this seriously, If you need help ask one of the coaches for advice. Must be written by 7/1!!!!!

8:00 to 9:30 AM

Come in,
warmup,
do a WOD,
do some lifting,
work on skills,
spend time on mobility…..

GET BETTER!!!!

We ask that you show up at the box no later than 8:30.
