 1.  All Tuesday afternoon classes are cancelled this week due to Cal’s shoulder fix

2.  Wednesday morning classes are cancelled as well because we won’t get released from the hospital till late Tuesday night.

     We will be doing the hero WOD, “MURPHY”, Saturday the 23rd at 9:00 am. The doors will open at 8:30 if you want of come in and do a little warming up. You do not have to be registered for the Murph Challenge to take part in the Murphy Workout on Saturday.  If there are a number of people who cannot make the Saturday Murphy and would like to do it Monday,(Memorial Day), we will do it then as well.
