Warm-up – Jog 3 Min, 3 Rounds of 10 KBSDLHP, 10 Goblet Squat. Agility. Dynamic Stretch

StrengthFront Squat/Back Squat
70% 5+5×4

WOD: DEATH BY 1 CALORIE

Row one calorie 1st min., then add a calorie each minute till you cannot keep up.
When you go out you have 10 Air Squats each min. until everybody is out.

Icing – Handstand skill work. And walk 30′ total.
