This week we will complete our 1st Stand Firm CrossFit 30 Day Challenge. For me it has been a real eye opener and a fantastic learning experience. We will have a celebration in the near future where we can share our stories.

Here is a outline of the week ahead:

Tuesday, is the final day of the Stand Firm 30 Challenge.
Wednesday, we will repeat the Stand Firm 30 Challenge WOD.
Wednesday, we will reassess each challenge participants body fat % and weight.
Thursday, team captains need to submit all of their team members score-sheets and validate scores for each and the team.
Friday, we will complete the second CrossFit Open workout, 15.2.

For those of you who still want to get in the CrossFit Open you will have until Monday afternoon to do so.
