Friday Night Lights 2

       Tonight, (Friday), is the 1st “Friday Night Lights“. These will happen 1 Friday a month and will be hosted by CrossFit Thin Air 1 month and then Stand Firm CrossFit the next. CrossFit Thin Air is hosting tonight at 6pm, what should be a fun WOD. Thin Air is located in the building east of the Safeway in Fraser. Please let me,(Cal 303.921.6394), know by noon today if you are going to attend. That way I can give a heads up on our numbers. Please make sure that you arrive on time for the 6 pm workout.  This is not a competition but rather a chance to workout with a new group of people that share a passion for fitness. There will not be a charge to Stand Firm CrossFit members.
