Reminder:  The only Workout on Thanksgiving Day, (tomorrow), is going to be at 9:00 am.

Warm Up: Jog the box 4 Min then 20 Medball cleans followed by the BBWU.

Strength: Squat Clean – 70% x 2 x 5

WOD: Black Out

For Total Reps:
Thruster 95/65 then Burpee

Rest 2 Min
Thruster then Burpee
1,2,3,4….for 3 Min
Rest 2 Min
Air Squat then Burpee
1,2,3,4…. for 3 Min

Icing: 25 GHD situps followed by 75 situps.
