Warm Up: 3 Rounds
10 Wallball, 10 Groiners, 10 V-sits, 10 Lunges. Stretch.

Strength: Front Squat
10-6-5-6-10

WOD: Death by Wallball

Start with 1 Rep then add a rep every minute until you cannot keep up.
When you go out you have 4 Burpees per minute until everyone is finished.
