     Ok gang, it is time to sign up for the Highway 40 Throwdown.  You are going to do the workouts anyway so why not get in on the fun. You will get an awesome t-shirt and a great experience.  When you add a little competitive element everything gets better.  You will be amazed at how it changes your approach to a WOD.  There is a division for everybody.  Bring your 15 bucks Friday, Saturday or Monday so we can get you in on the action.
