With a partner go through a deck of cards as fast as possible.
Face cards are worth 10.
Ace = 1 muscle up or 11 Jumping Muscle Up.
Joker = 100 Double Unders 3/1
Hearts = Burpee
Spades = Pullups
Diamonds = V-sits
Clubs = Squats
Partner must hold a plank while other partner works.
