Warm Up: Row 500m. OHS warmup. Stretch

WOD: McNasty

In teams of two complete for time:

In 500m increments,  you and your partner will row a total of 4000m.
When one partner finishes his/her 500m they must complete 20 OH Squats 95/65
while their partner does their 500m row.
Continue until all rowing  and OHS are finished.
