Today’s Bike WOD will start at the High School football field. Bring your bike, (we will be on gravel and pavement), and meet in the parking lot on the west side of the football field.
If you are not riding Tami will have a WOD at the box.
Warm up: Ride the Jr. High Long Loop. Stretch
WOD: Ride In Crawl Out
3 RFT
Run 400m
20 Burpee
Ride the Jr. High Long Loop
When finished with the 3rd round 100 yard Bear Crawl.
Icing: Spend some time stretching.
