Saturday morning, 7/19, Crossfit meets at the High School track at 8:00 am.

Warm Up:  Bleacher Warm-up. Stretch

WOD: Pardon the Interruption > 1600m.

For Time: Run 1600m.

During the run you must complete 10 burpees on the minute, ( a whistle will sound), then continue towards the 1600m.  Run fast and do burpees fast and you’ll have it made. 

Icing:  10  20 Yd Sprints
