Rest Day
Be aware that starting Monday (4.14) we are moving the start of the 5:00 pm class to 5:15.
We had a great week last week. It was so great to see the effort being put forth by everyone every day. That is how you get results.
Next week we are asking everyone to declare at least one fitness/health goal. An example might be….to get a muscle up, or lose a certain amount of weight, ect. You need goals to shoot for or else you have nothing to aim at.
